30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We stand behind every stick of Hydrate Heroes®.
How to request a refund
Email support@hydrateheroes.com with your order number and a brief reason. We will respond within two business days with next steps.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send a photo to support within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions (Hero Club)
You can cancel a Hero Club subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Orders that have already shipped are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
Shipping
Shipping is free. Original shipping costs are therefore not part of any refund calculation. Return shipping for accepted returns is the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by us.
